I have a dream. I dream of a world where people help each other selflessly, and without regard for personal gain. In this world, real relationships are created, people do everything they can to truly help others, extraordinary accomplishments occur, and people live happy and fulfilled lives. This is precisely why I felt the need to create Keyser — to train and teach people how to selflessly serve clients and the community — and then inspire and empower them to teach others how to do the same. It is precisely this commitment to our clients that helps us accomplish results that others cannot. We are simply more committed to our clients, and as a result, we dedicate all of our talent and energies to achieve the best possible result for them each and every time. Our clients know that regardless of how difficult or daunting the task, each member of Keyser is completely and utterly committed to their success. Every member of our firm sacrificed greatly to be a part of Keyser. I personally abandoned millions of dollars of ownership interest in a growing and profitable national real estate firm, and other Keyser member’s sacrifices have been just as great. This just isn’t another real estate advisory firm. There are plenty of those. This is a firm intent upon changing the world, one act of service at a time, and it is precisely this commitment to service that makes Keyser such an extraordinary firm to be a part of.

I used to be a very selfish and self-centered individual. Fortunately, I had a change of heart, and now my primary passion in life is Service. To me, this means putting the needs of another individual or group of individuals ahead of oneself and committing to their success without the motive of personal gain or advancement. This sounds irresponsible in today’s world, but the experience of living this way and the success that results is extraordinary when one fully commits themselves. When ancient teachers made statements like: “He who wants to be the greatest must be the servant of all”, these ancient teachers had actually figured out the simple secret to success in life, and they were trying to share it with us so we would live happier and more fulfilled lives. With each member of Keyser, my clients, my friends in the community, and even people I have not yet met, I am completely committed to selfless service.To me, that means truly going above and beyond with each person I interact with. It means reaching deep within myself in every action and interaction to do everything I can for each person in the time allotted, regardless of whether there is personal gain in it for me. The joy, relationships and success that come with this approach are nothing short of extraordinary, and that is what I am committed to for the rest of my life.
