It’s simple…they do things the right way with integrity and honesty in an industry that often lacks those virtues. They don’t just accept “industry standards” as a way of doing business if it doesn’t align with their core principals. This way of conducting business allows me the opportunity to grow meaningful and lasting relationships in a way that has a positive impact on people and communities we serve.
& My Personal Commitment to Service
I grew up with parents who would give the shirt off their back to help anyone, and a faith that focuses on loving and serving others where they are. I strive to emulate their example and apply this philosophy daily in my personal and professional life.
Directly out of college, I moved to Phoenix knowing no one but my roommate. Soon after, her mom fell ill and when their family moved out of the country for treatment and they asked me to live in their amazing home in one of the most wealthy zip codes in the country. I had everything money could buy, but not one friend. This provided me with a unique opportunity to experience that it’s not things, or titles, or money that make a person happy; it is relationships with others.
