Patrick is a project management professional with exceptional leadership and management skills. He is a Certified Construction Manager with experience in entertainment, sports venues, hotels, transportation, civic, education, and corporate office projects. He has a deep understanding of contract law, design management, construction management, and facilities management.

His experience and education have created a very well-rounded understanding of design and construction projects. Prior to Keyser, Patrick’s recent experience was representing school districts in the development of major new construction projects, some scaling to $250M, such as Roosevelt High School and Garfield High School.

Patrick has also led signature programs such as the $5B Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport program, the $4B Salt Lake City Airport expansion, and major transit and civic projects across multiple states. He’s comfortable navigating bond-funded work, public agencies, and complex stakeholder environments, and brings a seasoned, owner-focused PM approach that helps his clients complete projects on time and under budget.
