As a talented graduate of University of Arizona, Rick has spent 25 years focusing on the needs of industrial and office tenants on both a local and national level. Rick is an expert in maximizing facility-related savings for his corporate clients, while creating and implementing real estate negotiating strategies that help to mitigate exposure, improve operational efficiency and enhance lease flexibility.
Prior to joining Keyser, Rick was a Senior Vice President at a Heiple / Travers Realty. Prior to that, Rick was a partner and co-founder in a local commercial real estate firm.

I have always had a passion for the tenant only approach in servicing the needs of the user, and I have known Jonathan professionally for quite some time. I always knew he would continue teaching selfless service, and to see what he has created from that approach is inspiring. I know Keyser is the firm for me to reach my goals and continue to grow on a personal and professional level. Joining a team enriched with culture and service was an easy decision and I look forward to a new beginning.
