A Headquarters Designed for Cognite’s Next Chapter
Cognite selected a full-floor Class A office at Hayden Ferry Lakeside in Tempe, securing a highly visible headquarters overlooking Tempe Town Lake. The transaction delivered strong economic terms along with prominent top-of-building signage that gave Cognite a distinctive presence in the market.
Keyser’s involvement continued through project delivery, helping transform the space into a sophisticated workplace while maintaining budget discipline and coordinating construction around Cognite’s early occupancy. Strategic reuse of existing improvements allowed the team to focus investment where it would have the greatest impact while keeping the project moving around active business operations.
The completed workplace provided Cognite with the quality, visibility, and flexibility it was seeking in Arizona and would ultimately become the company’s global headquarters and central hub for its worldwide operations.
