Prior to discovering Keyser, Mr. Pillor was the top producer for a nonprofit that focused in recruiting veterans, national guard, and reservist into the telecom industry.  The gratitude he received while working there propelled him to dedicate his future towards a career where he could be of service and feel the impact of the value which he creates. Joe enthusiastically entered the commercial real estate world as an ASU intern with Keyser and upon graduation was promoted to a fulltime broker where he chose to focus his efforts and specialize in the retail sector. In his tenure thus far, he has stood out amongst his peers and established an impressive clientele list.  Joe works on the retail team, specifically alongside Mark Leblanc and Chase Wilson to help acquire new business.

Lifelong learning along with hard work are two values that Joe holds at his core. Joe believes creating valuable relationships is the ultimate factor to establishing his success. Joe’s goals at Keyser are in alignment with his passion of developing effective strategic sustainable solutions in new innovative ways.

I contribute many of my core values to knowledge I have acquired directly from my parents, four siblings, and Sigma Chi fraternity. Like Keyser, I have a close family that has motivated me to grow into the person I am today. Being the youngest of five children has given me a mature perspective on life and instilled the importance of continued personal growth. This has also encouraged me to hold onto my youthful, creative mindset. I am enthusiastic in all that I do, and my dedication is reflected through the unparalleled service I strive to create.

I am excited for having the opportunity to join an organization where I can not only receive advice from experienced members but also give it without fear of being undermined. Being surrounded by a team where no individual acts superior to another is seldom seen in company culture. This culture helps me think outside of the box and take bold action when the appropriate opportunity arises. Our shared vision of pioneering the tenant-focused business model creates a unique, conflict-free work environment that attracts clientele and encourages others to follow by breaking the mold typically seen in the industry. I wanted to join Keyser early because I’m eager to become a critical team player, helping propel this company into the largest tenant-based commercial real estate company the world has ever seen.
